Resident Reports Damage to Vehicle

Lawrenceburg Now

Law enforcement officers are currently investigating the vandalism of a vehicle that was reported Monday by a Lawrenceburg resident.

Reports filed through the Lawrenceburg Police Department show that the sixty-eight year old resident of Fisher Alley requested that officers be dispatched to her home at around 10:00 a.m. She reported that two tires on her 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier had been vandalized.

Officers report that the sidewalls on both tires had been punctured with a sharp object, resulting in a loss to the victim of around $150. In addition, they indicate that most of the wheel lugs, hubcaps, and lug caps had been either removed or loosened.
