Maury County Sheriff's deputies made a large drug bust of a major drug supplier.

Deputies with the Maury County Sheriff's department arrest Barry Watkins on several drug charges.

Watkins was charged with Unlawful possession of a firearm, Possession of a schedule 2 meth for resale, possession of a schedule 1 heroin for resale, possession stolen property X 2, possession of drug paraphernalia, alteration of the engine or serial number, Sale of a schedule 2 Meth.

 

The Maury County Sheriff's department said in a quote on their Facebook page "We fight the supply and the demand for drugs in Maury County. Today, we hit a major supplier of Meth and Heroin. Great job guys,"
