Guidelines For Flower And Gifts Sent To LCHS

Below are some guidelines to assist you with flowers and other gifts sent to LCHS on February 13, 2015:

• LCHS will not house items to be delivered to students prior to 1:30 P.M. Please do not bring or send items to LCHS prior to 1:30.
• All items will be distributed between 2:00 and 3:00 P.M. on said date.
• Each parent/guardian, etc. is to provide the recipients last name, middle name, and first name as well as grade level to the office upon arrival at LCHS. We have several students with the same first and last name in various grade levels.
• The above stipulation must include information regarding the student’s means of transportation in the afternoon-i.e., bus rider, driver or picked up by parent/guardian. Bus riders will be given first priority due to the time and route schedule.
• LCHS is not responsible for any gifts delivered or failed to be delivered on said date. LCHS is only providing a facility for local businesses and parents to distribute gifts and flowers.
• Buses: The policy is NO BALLONS OR GLASS is to be allowed on any Lawrence County School Bus.
