The Lawrence County School System will be conducting a substitute teacher training on September 23, 2014, 9:00 a.m. at the Central Office, 700 Mahr Ave., Lawrenceburg. Anyone wanting to become a substitute teacher who is not a Certified Tennessee Teacher or previously attended a substitute teacher training, must attend this training. This will be the only training offered for the 2014/2015 school year. The Friends of the Lawrence County Public Library present their fall book sale September 6th through the 20th. The sale is open during library business hours.
