Mini Grant Announcement
The Lawrence County Education Foundation recently reinstated the mini grant program benefiting the students of Lawrence County Schools.
Numerous quality grant requests were submitted by educators within our community. A grand total of $22,406 was bestowed amongst the twelve schools of Lawrence County.
Dr. Heath shares, “Lawrence County is most fortunate to have an entity such as the Education Foundation. Our teachers strive every day to provide absolute top level instruction to students.
With the reinstatement of the mini grant program and the partnership between the Education Foundation and Lawrence County Schools we are able to more easily keep up with changes in technology and curriculum in order to maintain the status as the top academic achieving school system within the South Central Region.
