Early Voting Period Draws To A Close On Thursday

The two week early voting period for the November 4 State and Federal General Elections, as well as city elections in Lawrenceburg and Saint Joseph, draws to a close on Thursday.

Three seats appear on the ballot for the City of Lawrenceburg election, including two council seats and that of mayor. Saint Joseph voters are asked to select two individuals to serve on that city’s Board of Commissioners.

At the state level voters will select from candidates vying for U.S. Senate, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, U.S. Representative, State Senator, and State Representative. To see a sample ballot visit:

State law requires that voters present a photo ID whether voting during the early voting period or at the polls on Election Day.
