Burglary reported at business construction site
Law enforcement officials opened an investigation after a burglary was discovered at a construction site of a local business early this week. The investigation was opened Monday by officers with the Lawrenceburg Police Department.
They were called to 2506 Highway 43 North, the construction site for Sgt. Troy’s Military store. There, a representative reported that someone had illegally entered the new building and stole a large quantity of building supplies.
The doors to the business had been left unlocked due to the fact that workers were so frequently coming and going. The matter currently remains under investigation.
