Lawrenceburg Commission To Meet September 6

   Members of the board that governs the City of Lawrenceburg will meet in regular session Thursday, September 6, to consider a number of items of business. The meeting, which is open to the public, will get underway at 6:00 p.m. inside the commission meeting room of the Lawrenceburg City Administration Building on West Gaines Street.

   Items listed on the agenda include:

Ordinances

Ordinance 1027  --  An ordinance to amend Title 8, Section 2, of the Lawrenceburg Municipal Code entitled “Alcoholic Beverages.” (second and final reading)

Ordinance 1028  --  An ordinance to amend Ordinance 1011, Section V (H) regarding military reserve duty leave policy. (second and final reading)

Ordinance 1029  --  An ordinance to amend Ordinance 963, an ordinance of the Board of Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Lawrenceburg to fix the time and place at which the regular meetings of the Board of Mayor and Commissioners shall be held. (first reading)

Resolutions

**A resolution for the Board of Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, to waive the site plan review fees and building permit fees associated with the remodeling and/or additional building of “A Kid’s Place Child Advocacy Center.”

**A resolution for the city of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, to reappoint Pat Hudgins, Steve Frisbie, and Jim Bush to the Lawrenceburg/Lawrence County Airport Board.
