Charge Issued For Violating Sex Offender Registry Law
Charges were issued against a local man last week after authorities discovered that he was not in compliance with the state Sex Offender Registry law.
Billy Gene Roberson, age 63, of 1023 Ethridge Redhill Road was booked through the Lawrence County Detention Center Tuesday on a charge of violation of the sex offender registry law.
The charge will require that Roberson appear in Lawrence County General Sessions Court on September 24, 2013.
