Summertown Man Arrested On Rape And Incest Charges
A Summertown man already incarcerated at the local jail was served with warrants Friday after having been indicted on child rape charges.
Danny John Zell, 36, of 113 Depot Street, Summertown was served with capias warrants charging him with the crimes of incest, rape of a child, and aggravated sexual battery.
Zell had been incarcerated at the Lawrence County Detention Center since his arrest on July 22. He is held in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
Zell will answer the charges through Lawrence County Circuit Court on September 6, 2011.
