Lawrence County Schools New Student Registration Announcement
Lawrence County Schools will begin on Wednesday, August 4th, which is a full instructional day for all students. In an attempt to assist parents who have moved or wish to change schools, a new student registration day is scheduled prior to the first day of school. All Lawrence County Schools will have new student registration in accordance with the following schedule:
New Student Registration at all LCSS Schools
Tuesday August 3rd
9:00am-11:00am & 1:00pm-3:00pm
New students to the Loretto high, Summertown High, or Lawrence County High should bring the following forms to the school when registering:
Social Security Card
Birth Certificate
Court Record (if involved in violent act)
Documentation of change of address
Immunization record (must be on Tennessee form)
Withdrawal form from previous school
Discipline record from previous school
Transcript from previous school
Attendance record from previous school
Physical Examination
Students who registered during the regular registration last spring will not need to register again unless he/she will be attending a different school than the one registered for during the spring of 2010. Bring your student to the school’s front office during the times announced above if you need to register. Thank you for registering prior to the beginning of the start of school.
