Threats Made Over Parking Space

   Victims reported to authorities last weekend that a neighbor had threatened them with a sledge hammer when he found someone had parked in his parking space.

   A twenty-six-year-old resident of 106 Bluff Drive told Lawrenceburg Police Officers that around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, a neighbor came to the door, pounding upon it very loudly. When she came to the door, the victim said the neighbor began yelling at her because her friends had parked in the parking space where he normally parks.

   The victim told officers that she and her friends went to the parking lot and the man was standing there with a sledge hammer, holding it above his head, and growling at her.

   Investigation into the incident is continuing through the department’s Criminal Investigation Division.
