Crew Undertakes Holiday Meth Cleanup
A cleanup crew with the Tennessee 
Methamphetamine Task Force (TMTF) was dispatched to Lawrenceburg Sunday after a meth lab was discovered near the parking lot of Walmart.
Wendell Norton with TMTF explained that what appeared to be the remnants of a meth lab were discovered Sunday afternoon. The items had been concealed inside a draining culvert in the water retention pond, at the southwest corner of the parking lot.
Cleanup was undertaken immediately to ensure the items posed no hazard to the public. Investigation into the matter is continuing, however at the present time no suspects have been named.
