Vandals Hit Area Church

   Vandals struck an area church last week, leaving in their wake hundreds of dollars in damages.

   Lawrenceburg Police Officers report they were summoned to Lawrenceburg Baptist Temple, located at 801 Beurlein Street, on Wednesday of last week. Church member Jammie Golden told officers that someone had broken the sign, located adjacent to the parking lot at the church entrance, from the surrounding wood and brick.

   Total loss for the church was estimated at $400.00.
