Resident Knocked Unconscious And Robbed

   Investigators with the Lawrenceburg Police Department are looking into allegations that a Tipton Street man was knocked unconscious and robbed inside his home Tuesday night.

   The 48-year-old victim reported to police officers Wednesday that around 11:00 p.m. Tuesday, someone knocked him out. When he awoke, he told officers, “he was dazed and confused.”

   After he regained his bearings, the victim said he noticed that several items were missing. Reported stolen were a Fender amplifier, cell phone, Sharp boom box, his wallet containing $50 in cash, and three prescription medications.

   Officers noted that the man had sustained no visible injuries. Presently, the case remains under investigation through the department’s Criminal Investigation Division.
