Gun Pointed At Bikers After Near Collision

A local couple reported to authorities during the weekend that a motorist had pointed a gun at them after nearly colliding with their motorcycle.

The couple, ages 52 and 44, requested the dispatch of Lawrenceburg Police Officers at around noon on Saturday. They reported that as they had passed Walmart on North Locust Avenue, the driver of a red Chevrolet truck had pulled out in front of them, nearly causing them to crash.

The male victim, who had been driving at the time, said that he pulled alongside the driver and that the man pointed a gun at them.

The reporting officer noted that both victims appeared visibly upset by the incident. They were able to provide them with a license plate number to aid in the investigation.
