Three Residents Charged With Child Neglect
Three individuals who reside inside a single Lawrence County home were arrested on warrants late last week, charging them with child neglect.
Reports filed through the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department show that deputies served the criminal warrants on Friday to three persons who reside at 35 Shoal Creek Road.
Lorine Kelly Clark, 48, Betty Faye Martin, 38, and James Earl Wright, were each booked through the Lawrence County Detention Center on one count apiece of child neglect.
Clark, Martin and Wright are scheduled to answer the charges through Lawrence County General Sessions Court on July 6, 2011.
