Burglar Makes Off With Cooler
A burglar who broke into a Lawrence County home Wednesday reportedly made off with nothing but a cooler.
Deputies with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department report they were dispatched to the 233 Kelso Road home around 3:30 p.m.
The resident told deputies she had returned to find someone had broken out two windows, one on each side of the home. Inside a bedroom where one window was broken deputies located a small amount of blood on a bed sheet.
The resident determined that a cooler was missing from her yard, but reported everything else appeared to be fine.
Investigation into the crime is continuing at the present time.
