On Sunday deputies were dispatched to a South Randall Road residence to investigate a burglary. The victim reported that sometime between May 11 and may 25 someone entered the building and stole several items. Missing items included numerous items of horse tack, Russian bayonet and several types of ammunition. Loss is said to be nearly $2,000.

Residents of Mattoxtown Road reported to deputies Saturday that someone had run across their fence, causing some $1,000 worth of damage. Deputies noted that it appeared the driver responsible had attempted to turn into the driveway, but overshot it, running into the fence.
