Monday Crime Report
Theft
Deputies were called to a home on Marie Lane Friday after the resident discovered her .22 caliber revolver was missing. The gun had been taken from a dresser drawer. It has an estimated value of $300.
Aggravated burglary
A resident of Highway 43 South, Loretto reported to deputies Sunday that someone had illegally entered his house. He reported that he had left on Saturday and that all of the doors were locked. When he returned Sunday, he said all of the exterior doors were locked. Inside, however, he found that someone had kicked in his bedroom door. Deputies found no sign of forced entry. Nothing appeared to be missing. Repairs were estimated to cost $50.
