Charges Placed For Violating Sex Offender Registry Law
Charges were issued against a Lawrenceburg man Monday when authorities learned he had not maintained proper registration as required under the state’s sex offender registry law.
Stephen Patrick Ferguson, 40, of 355 Deller Street was taken into custody by Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies at his home around 9:00 a.m.
He was booked on the violation of the sex offender registry charge and was scheduled an initial Lawrence County General Session Court date of May 9, 2011.
