Early Voting For Ethridge Election Soon To Begin
The early voting period for the May 24 City of Ethridge Election will get underway next week, providing residents an opportunity to cast votes at their convenience.
One of three seats on the Ethridge City Commission is up for grabs during the 2011 election. That seat is currently held by Kay Taylor, who opted not to seek reelection. Both John Barnes and Jerry Frazier qualified to vie for the post.
The early voting period will begin on Wednesday, May 4 and run through noon on Thursday, May 19. Those wishing to participate in early voting may do so at the office of the Lawrence County Election Commission, situated on Centennial Boulevard in Lawrenceburg.
