Tuesday Crime Report

Theft

Deputies responded to Fall River Market Thursday where a clerk reported an individual pumped gasoline, then left without paying. The clerk reported that a male driving a blue Ford Escort entered the store and was “stoned” and “all over the place.” She said that a female stayed inside the car. According to the clerk the man made a purchase. When she noticed the woman had exited the car, she said she turned on the pump. She said they pumped $20 worth of gas, then drove off without paying.

Theft

A resident of Davis Road in Ethridge reported to deputies last week that someone had come onto his property and stole a gas powered motor from his pump. He said that he normally keeps it secured, but that he had allowed friends to use it and they had failed to secure it. The motor was described as a red, Honda brand with a three groove pulley. Loss is approximately $300.

Vandalism

The owner of Bill’s Tire Shop on North Military Avenue reported to Lawrenceburg Police officers last week that a vehicle had been vandalized at his shop. A driver side window had been broken on a cargo van, resulting in around $400 worth of damage. Nothing appeared to be missing.
