Tennessee man won 2 million dollars on a scratch off ticket.

In Dyersburg,Tennessee at Tiger Market #2 on Saint John Avenue,Timothy Seratt,32, purchased the winning $2 million dollar mega millionaire Jumbo Bucks scratch off ticket.

Seratt paid $25 for the ticket on Tuesday then scratched it off in his car, he stated "A girl walked up to the window that I know who stopped to tell me, 'What are you doing?' And I looked, and I looked at her and I said, 'I just won $2 million,' and she said, 'You're full of sh**' and I said, 'No I ain't.'"

After taxes Seratt took home 1.3 million dollars, and the father of two plans on taking his kids to Disney World. Seratt says his children helped changed his life around because before them he spent 7 years in prison for burglary, and got out in 2013.

His first purchase was a 1987 Chevrolet truck, which he also has plans on buying a house since he has never owned one, paying his mom's house off, and investing the money so he doesn't spend it all.

Seratt plans on continuing to work, and not let winning the money change him. He spoke on the matter by saying, "I might have a lot of money but I'm still a redneck, I've always been a redneck. That ain't never going to change."
