Two Men Charged With Trespassing At Lawrenceburg Business

Two young local men garnered charges after they were allegedly found prowling about inside a Lawrenceburg business Monday.

Lawrenceburg Police Officers were sent to investigate a possible burglary in progress at All Star Chrysler Auto Parts on Second Street shortly after 2:00 p.m. They found that a window was open on the southeast corner of the business and that a door on the west side of the building was partially open, blocked by debris inside.

Officers began to surveil the area. When one officer circled the business he reported noticing two white males running around the north end of the building, heading northeast.

The pair was confronted in a nearby parking lot. They were escorted to the police department for questioning. Afterwards, both were issued citations, then transported back to their vehicle.

William Harvest Horner, 19, and Bryle Ryan Bird, 19, both of 409 Claymar Drive, were each issued a citation on charges of criminal trespassing. Both will answer the charges in Lawrenceburg City Court on May 20, 2011.
