Purse Stolen From Vehicle On Groh Street
A resident of Lawrenceburg’s Groh Street filed a complaint with police officers Wednesday after discovering that her purse had been stolen from her vehicle.
The victim, age 74, reported that she had stored her purse beneath the driver seat of her 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, and the car had been parked in the yard beside her home.
Officers with the Lawrenceburg Police Department who investigated the crime reported finding no sign of forced entry or damage to the vehicle.
The purse and contents had an estimated value of $65.
