Meth, marijuana seized during search of Summertown home

Law enforcement officials conducted a drug search of a Summertown home in early March, seizing meth, marijuana, and cash.

According to Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department officials, department detectives, along with members of the 22nd Judicial District Drug Task Force, executed the search warrant at a home located at 95 Dukes Park Road. During the search, they report finding “an undisclosed amount of methamphetamine, marijuana, and money,” which was seized.

As a result of the operation, four Lawrence County residents were arrested. They are: Robert Lee Ream, age 26, Melissa Lynn Schroan, age 49, and Mara Ashley Gutierrez, age 18, all of 95 Dukes Park Road, along with twenty-eight year old Mason Kendall Brown of 267 Lloyd Circle, Summertown.

Department officials remind the public that they welcome all tips regarding illegal drug activity and other crimes.
