LCHS 8th Grade Student-Parent Orientation
Students entering the 9th grade in the fall 2011 and their parents are encouraged to attend the 9th grade transition session, Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 6:00 PM in the LCHS cafeteria. The session will cover the expectations for LCHS students, academic guidelines and graduation requirements.
LCHS Registration for students entering the 9th grade for the 2011-2012 academic year
LCHS Guidance counselors will speak to E.O. Coffman students from 9:15 AM to 11:15 AM Thursday, March 31, 2011 providing an overview of the many programs available to LCHS students.
This is not a scheduling session for students, but the presentation will expose students to the academic expectations and opportunities as well as the many extracurricular activities and clubs available Information will be given to the student to share with parents and guardians.
LCHS Guidance counselors will return to E. O. Coffman to begin registering students for the 2011-2012 academic year at the following times:

Students currently attending New Prospect who plan to attend LCHS next fall will register at New Prospect on April 20, 2011 beginning at 9:00 AM and concluding at 4:00 PM. Parents unable to attend registration are asked to contact New Prospect to discuss other registration options.
Students currently attending Ethridge Elementary who plan to attend LCHS next fall will register at Ethridge on April 19, 2011 beginning at 9:00 AM and concluding at 4:00 PM.
