TBI Adds Well-Known Criminal To Top Ten Most Wanted

Nashville, TN- Today the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added a well-known criminal in Middle Tennessee to its list of TBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted fugitives. He is wanted by the Board of Probation and Parole for violating his parole.

Russell Nathaniel Farris, 31, 3913 Devonshire Drive, Nashville, TN, has warrants on him for parole violation after he removed a BOPP monitoring device from his leg earlier this week. He was on parole for an aggravated robbery charge.

Farris has an extensive criminal history that includes first degree murder, aggravated assault, evading arrest, weapons possession, aggravated robbery, theft and drug charges that date back to 1995.

Farris is a white male with blue eyes and a bald head. He’s approximately 5’9” and weighs 180 lbs. He has numerous tattoos and is considered dangerous. Anyone winformation on the whereabouts of Russell Nathaniel Farris should contact the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND. There is a $1000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
