Grand Jury Indictments Served
Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies were busy during the weekend serving indictments recently issued through the Lawrence County Grand Jury.
The following is a list of some of those served:
*Christopher Bradley Pulver, 21, of 101 Mint Springs Road, Ethridge – aggravated assault, aggravated burglary, theft. Lawrence County Circuit Court date April 11, 2011.
*Nicholas Estes, 20, 209 Garrett Avenue, Lawrenceburg –2 counts statutory rape, hiding a runaway child. Lawrence County Circuit Court date April 11, 2011.
*Brian Keith Suratt – 29, 215 Davis Street, Summertown – possession of a controlled substance for resale. Lawrence County Circuit Court date April 11, 2011.
*Mattie Dell Shephard, 52, 100 Woodside Lane, Summertown – initiation and promotion of meth manufacturing. Lawrence County Circuit Court date April 11, 2011.
*James Michael Rose, 19, 25 Tingle Trapp Road – failure to appear, 2 counts violation of probation, resisting arrest, stop, frisk, halt arrest.
*Timothy M. Williams, 38, 409 First Street, Lawrenceburg – violation of the sex offender registry law. Lawrence County Circuit Court date April 11, 2011.
*Noah Will Robinson, 31, 810 Old Florence Road, Lawrenceburg – initiation of the manufacture of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia. Lawrence County Circuit Court date April 11, 2011.
*John Christopher Kelley, 39, initiation of the manufacture of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia. Lawrence County Circuit Court date April 11, 2011.
