Lawrenceburg Woman Perishes In Mississippi Crash
The Mississippi Highway Patrol reports that a Lawrenceburg woman was killed in a two vehicle accident that occurred in Benton County on Monday.
Reports show that Brandi Graves, age 31, was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Joshua Carter, age 31, of Killen, Alabama.
The pair was traveling northbound on Highway 7 around 2:30 p.m. when their vehicle veered into the path of a 2004 Freightliner tractor trailer truck driven by Danny Stewart, age 44, of Albany, Kentucky. Graves died as the result of injuries she sustained in the ensuing crash.
Reports show that Carter was transported for medical attention for moderate injuries. Stewart was said to be uninjured.
