Workers Make Strides To Clear Roads And Restore Services
Local city, county and state officials are continuing efforts to clear roadways and restore services in the wake of a winter storm that has somewhat paralyzed the area.
Road crews fought diligently overnight Friday and throughout the day Saturday to clear main thorough fares and increase travel safety.
Crews with Lawrenceburg Utility Services are working around the clock to restore power service. LUS officials estimate more than 1500 were let without power. Officials are not yet certain when all power will be restored.
