Youth Squirrel Hunt January 29

sponsoring a Youth Squirrel Hunt on January 29, 2011. This hunt will begin at 5:00 am, and end at noon at Lawrenceburg Rotary Park.
This is for youngsters aged 6-16 who should possess proof of completion of the hunter safety class if required (hunters 10-16 are required to pass the class). To sign up for the hunt, hunters should call Jeff Hummel at 931-964-4558 by the deadline of Wednesday January 26, 2011.
The hunt will be conducted using squirrel dogs and hunters will be drawn in casts. Each cast will have a dog handler and a guide to assist the young hunters. The hunt will be conducted on private lands and leases and on Laurel Hill WMA. The hunt will begin with a breakfast cooked by G.W. Cobb and crew.
