Four Inmates Indicted For Christmas Eve Murder
The TBI along with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department presented evidence to a special session of the Lawrence County Grand Jury in reference to the December 24th 2010 death of James Lester Heatherly.
The Lawrence County Grand Jury returned indictments on four inmates of the Lawrence County Detention Center. Indicted were Mark Allen Whitt and Jason David Wilburn, both arrested on one count of Second Degree Murder.
Harvie Lee Lance and Christopher Thomas Jackson were arrested on one count of Criminal Responsibility for Second Degree Murder.
All four are scheduled for Circuit Court on February 7, 2011 at 9:00am and all four are being held without bond.
